Data & Voice Privacy

Plain-English summary: We collect information you choose to provide, information generated when you use our website and interactive features, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site. Voice demonstrations may process audio and transcripts. We use service providers to deliver these features. We do not sell personal data as a standalone data product. Where consent is required, we aim to obtain it through the relevant interface rather than treating this document alone as consent.

1. Who We Are

AURLE Automation Systems ("AURLE", "we", "us", or "our") operates aurleai.com and provides information, demonstrations, and business-automation services involving AI voice agents, workflow automation, CRM integrations, appointment systems, and related technology.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with the Website and related public-facing interactions.

For paid client engagements, additional contractual and data-processing terms may apply.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with AURLE, we may collect the following categories:

A. Information You Provide

  • Name, business name, job title, email address, telephone number, and business website.
  • Industry, business requirements, missed-call or lead-volume information, CRM details, workflow requirements, and other information you voluntarily submit through forms or consultations.
  • Information contained in messages or correspondence you send to us.

B. Voice and Conversational Information

  • Audio from an interactive voice demonstration or other voice interaction, where the feature is designed to capture or transmit audio.
  • Speech-to-text transcripts generated from those interactions.
  • Conversation summaries, intent classifications, structured responses, and other operational outputs generated from the interaction.

We do not treat ordinary website voice-demo audio as a permanent biometric identification database. If a particular AURLE service is designed to use voice for identification or authentication, that use will be subject to additional notice and contractual terms where required.

C. Scheduling and Consultation Information

  • Appointment date and time, time zone, meeting details, and information needed to prepare for a consultation.
  • Calendar or scheduling information made available through the scheduling service you use.

D. Technical and Usage Information

  • IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, referring page, approximate interaction times, and basic diagnostic information.
  • Information about how pages and features are used, where analytics or similar technologies are enabled.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Website;
  • provide or demonstrate AI voice and automation features;
  • respond to enquiries and requests for information;
  • qualify prospective projects and understand technical requirements;
  • schedule and manage consultations;
  • communicate about requested services, projects, or transactions;
  • secure the Website, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and troubleshoot technical problems;
  • measure and improve website performance and user experience where permitted;
  • comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and
  • protect our rights, systems, users, and business operations.

We do not use personal information for purposes materially incompatible with the purposes described here without appropriate notice or a lawful basis where required.

4. Legal Grounds and Consent

Depending on the user, location, processing activity, and applicable law, processing may rely on consent, steps taken at the individual's request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests where permitted, or compliance with legal obligations.

Where consent is legally required, we intend to request it through the relevant form, voice interface, cookie mechanism, or other appropriate notice. Simply visiting this Privacy Policy does not, by itself, create consent to optional processing.

You may withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawal does not necessarily affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

5. Voice Demonstrations and Call Recording

Some AURLE experiences may use AI voice technology, telephony, speech recognition, or conversational analytics.

  • Where a voice interaction is recorded or retained, the applicable interface or call flow should provide an appropriate recording notice where required by law.
  • Audio may be transmitted to the technology providers needed to operate the voice experience.
  • Audio may be converted into text and processed to produce a response, summary, qualification result, or other operational output.
  • If you do not want to participate in a recorded voice interaction, do not use that feature and contact us if you need assistance with an alternative communication method.

Recording and telemarketing requirements can differ by jurisdiction. AURLE does not intend this Privacy Policy to replace any call-specific disclosure or consent mechanism required by applicable law.

6. Service Providers and Third Parties

We may use third-party providers to host, transmit, process, schedule, analyze, secure, or automate information. Depending on the feature used and the current technical architecture, these providers may include:

  • Vapi and/or Retell AI for voice-agent, telephony, speech, and conversational processing.
  • Make and/or n8n for workflow automation, routing, and data movement.
  • Cal.com or another scheduling provider for appointment booking.
  • Hosting, analytics, email, CRM, database, security, and communications providers used to operate AURLE's current systems.
  • Client-selected CRM or business systems when information is transferred as part of an authorized client workflow.

Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy terms and contractual obligations. We do not claim that every provider listed above receives information in every interaction; the providers involved depend on the particular page, feature, and workflow being used.

7. International and Cross-Border Processing

Some technology providers used by AURLE may process information in countries other than the country in which you are located. Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, AURLE will seek to use an appropriate lawful mechanism or contractual safeguard.

Because our provider stack can change, the exact processing location may depend on the feature and provider involved.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for functionality, security, preferences, and session operation. We may also use analytics or other optional technologies where they are actually deployed and permitted by applicable law.

We do not state that the Website uses a particular advertising or analytics cookie unless that technology is actually active.

You can manage cookies through your browser or, where provided, through the Website's consent controls. Blocking essential technologies may affect some Website functionality.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing requested services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, securing systems, and meeting legal obligations.

Retention periods can differ by data type and purpose. For example, a short-lived technical log may have a different lifecycle from a business enquiry or a client record.

Where a provider offers configurable retention or deletion controls, AURLE may configure them according to the applicable service, operational needs, and client agreement. We do not promise "zero data retention" for every interaction or provider unless the specific deployment is expressly configured and documented that way.

10. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose information:

  • to service providers acting on our instructions;
  • to client-selected systems when you have requested or authorized a workflow that sends information there;
  • when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • to protect the rights, safety, property, systems, or users of AURLE or others;
  • in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of relevant assets, subject to applicable law; or
  • with your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone data product.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Depending on the system, measures may include encrypted transmission, access controls, authentication, restricted permissions, provider security controls, logging, and data minimization.

No internet service or cloud system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the law applicable to your information, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or otherwise exercise privacy rights.

For requests relating to your personal information, contact founder@aurleai.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

We will handle valid requests within the period required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

13. India and Applicable Data-Protection Law

AURLE operates from India and may process personal data in India and through international technology providers. We intend to comply with applicable Indian data-protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules and commencement provisions, to the extent those provisions apply to the relevant processing.

The Indian framework has a phased commencement structure. This Policy is therefore written to describe our intended privacy practices without incorrectly claiming that every statutory provision is already in force at the time of publication.

Where mandatory law provides rights or obligations beyond this Policy, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.

14. Children's Privacy

The Website and AURLE's commercial services are intended for business and general audiences and are not directed to children for independent commercial use.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to AURLE in circumstances where it should not have been collected, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

15. Links to Other Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, scheduling systems, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites. Review the privacy policy of the relevant third party before submitting information.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, legal requirements, or data practices change.

When we make material changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where appropriate.

17. Contact and Privacy Requests

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, consent withdrawal requests, or other data-protection enquiries, contact:

The legal identity, registered address, and formal data-controller/data-fiduciary details for a particular commercial engagement will be identified in the applicable agreement or required notice.

Important: This Privacy Policy is a public-facing operational policy drafted for AURLE's current website stage. It is not a substitute for legal advice, a data-processing agreement, a client contract, or jurisdiction-specific call-recording/telemarketing notices. Before AURLE begins processing significant client/customer datasets or operating production voice systems at scale, the actual provider configuration, retention periods, consent flows, contracting entity, and jurisdictional requirements should be reviewed and updated accordingly.
