Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 29, 2026

Website Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the AURLE website, interactive demonstrations, forms, and related online materials. They do not by themselves constitute a contract for paid implementation or production services. Paid client engagements are governed by separate written agreements where applicable.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of aurleai.com (the "Website"), including its pages, forms, interactive demonstrations, conversational interfaces, and related digital materials.

"AURLE," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the entity or individual legally responsible for operating the Website, as identified in the applicable business and contractual documentation.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or its interactive features.

2. Website Purpose

AURLE provides information about artificial intelligence voice agents, customer-response systems, workflow automation, appointment-booking systems, CRM integrations, and related business automation solutions.

Website content is provided for general informational, demonstration, and commercial evaluation purposes.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, information displayed on the Website does not constitute a guarantee that a particular feature, integration, result, implementation, availability level, or commercial outcome will be provided.

3. Interactive AI Demonstrations

AURLE may provide interactive voice or conversational demonstrations, including demonstration agents such as "Clara," to allow visitors to evaluate the type of systems AURLE develops.

Demonstration agents are experimental or illustrative experiences and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, delayed, or unexpected responses.

You should not rely on information produced by a demonstration agent as professional, legal, medical, financial, emergency, technical, or other regulated advice.

Where audio, voice, transcript, or interaction data is processed through an interactive demonstration, such processing is subject to the AURLE Privacy Policy.

4. AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence systems are probabilistic technologies and may occasionally misunderstand speech, misinterpret intent, generate incorrect information, experience latency, fail to complete an action, or behave unexpectedly.

AURLE does not represent that any AI demonstration or future production system will operate without errors or interruptions.

Production system behavior, service levels, supported integrations, escalation procedures, and other operational commitments, if any, will be defined in the applicable client agreement and statement of work.

5. Communications and Contact Forms

If you voluntarily submit information through an AURLE contact, consultation, or intake form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

Submission of a contact form does not by itself create a client relationship, service agreement, or guarantee that AURLE will accept a project.

Communications and any marketing or telephone communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the choices and permissions provided through the relevant communication channel.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Website or its systems to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • submit knowingly false, fraudulent, or malicious information;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Website or its infrastructure;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, credentials, or data;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical security measures except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract Website content or data for unauthorized purposes;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful automated processes;
  • attempt to manipulate or bypass security controls of interactive AI systems; or
  • use the Website to develop or operate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its original content, including branding, logos, text, graphics, interface designs, layouts, demonstrations, documentation, and other materials, are owned by AURLE or its applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and view the Website for legitimate personal, informational, or internal business-evaluation purposes.

Except as expressly permitted by law or by written authorization from AURLE, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, sell, modify, or create derivative works from AURLE's protected Website materials.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of AURLE trademarks, software, source code, confidential information, or other intellectual property.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

AURLE may use or demonstrate third-party technologies, platforms, APIs, telecommunications providers, hosting providers, AI models, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and automation platforms.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability, limitations, and privacy practices.

AURLE does not control every aspect of third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, performance, security, pricing, or functionality.

9. Website Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue portions of the Website, including demonstrations and interactive features, at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Website or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, network, or third-party service.

10. No Professional or Emergency Reliance

Information and AI-generated responses available through the Website are not a substitute for professional advice.

AURLE's public demonstrations are not intended to function as emergency-response systems. Do not use a demonstration agent or the Website to request emergency assistance.

Where a future production deployment is intended for a regulated or high-risk environment, applicable limitations, responsibilities, escalation procedures, and compliance requirements must be separately agreed in writing.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website, its content, and its public demonstrations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

AURLE disclaims warranties and representations not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation, to the extent such disclaimers are permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AURLE and its officers, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Website or its demonstrations, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AURLE's aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the Website will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid directly to AURLE for the Website-related service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • INR 10,000.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

13. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the Website and for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that your activities comply with applicable law.

You are also responsible for obtaining any permissions, authorizations, consents, or rights required for information that you submit to AURLE or provide for a demonstration.

14. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AURLE from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Website, material breach of these Terms, fraud, willful misconduct, or infringement of another party's intellectual-property rights caused by content you submit.

This section does not require you to indemnify AURLE for AURLE's own unlawful conduct or for matters that cannot legally be transferred to you.

15. Suspension and Termination

AURLE may restrict or terminate your access to Website features where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, its users, its systems, its intellectual property, or to comply with applicable law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply where legally permitted.

16. Paid Services and Client Agreements

Website access and demonstrations do not constitute an order for AURLE's paid services.

If you purchase or engage AURLE for implementation, customization, AI voice-agent deployment, CRM integration, automation, maintenance, or other professional services, the applicable commercial relationship will be governed by the separate written agreement, statement of work, order form, and/or data-processing agreement applicable to that engagement.

If a valid written client agreement conflicts with these Website Terms regarding the paid services, the applicable client agreement will control for those services.

17. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Where AURLE processes personal information on behalf of a business client as part of a production deployment, the parties may enter into additional data-processing terms governing that relationship.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, our services, legal requirements, or operational practices.

When we make material changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date displayed above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Website Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the legal operator of AURLE, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.

Subject to applicable mandatory law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in the relevant location of the legal operator will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Website Terms.

Commercial clients may be subject to different governing-law, venue, arbitration, or dispute-resolution provisions under their separate written agreement with AURLE.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the terms governing your use of the Website.

These Website Terms do not replace or override a separately executed client agreement governing paid AURLE services.
